Back to school already? It's hard to believe it's back to school time already! Thank you to everyone who helped fulfill school supply needs for children affected by domestic violence. We are so grateful for every backpack, binder, marker and notebook we received. Your generous support not only helps the children currently residing in shelter as the school year starts, but it also helps the children who arrive with a parent in shelter in December, February, or any other month after having to leave their backpacks behind while fleeing an unsafe home.
We would also like to thank Southwire for partnering with YWCA Greater Lafayette to supply backpacks and school supplies to local children.
August also marks the beginning of fall programs at YWCA. Registration is currently open for youth volleyball, and registration for families new to Y-Dance begins Monday, August 12. See below for additional information.

Scholarships are available for all YWCA youth programming. Visit YWCA to pick up a current scholarship application. Completed applications should be returned to YWCA Front Desk.
